I agree. I can't understand why owners are so keen to sack their managers. A new manager brings new ideas and new players. Sometimes, this is a good thing but sacking managers every 5 minutes means a club has no stability whatsoever. Newcastle seem to be a good example regarding sacking managers. Chris Hughton seemed to be a doing a very good job.

I had some sympathy for Roy Hodgson. The job may have been too big for him. However, it was clear that Fernando Torres and Glen Johnson were not giving 100% and that is unforgiveable.

Hodsgon was appointed by the previous owners so he can count himself unlucky on the transfer front.

Hughton was the worst to suffer, absolutely no reason to not give him a budget in Jan transfer window - In comes Pardew, friendly with Mike Ashley and suddenly he is the solution....there wasnt even a problem!

Similar for Roy Hodgson...At the time Liverpool had a shocking squad, fair enough if he wasnt playing the right tactics at time, but he was told he didnt have money to re invest in January - In comes King Kenny and he is out there smashing transfer budgets on deadline day.....

Its true that there is a lot of pressure on a manager but then again when they are getting as much money as they are, there should be consequences if they are unable to perform. I think Lee Sharpe would make a good manager, I don't think we saw the best of him but he needs to stop making silly TV appearances on reality TV shows and [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vw7CA0sCbM] breaking sheds [/url] and get back on the UK football scene. Thats just my opinion.
